Apple’s smaller flagship smartphone variant; the 4.7 inch iPhone 6 is about to get a substantial price cut thanks to the holiday season, which is just a few weeks from commencing. Retailers are already getting geared up to provide a boatload of enticing promotions and offers, with one of them being a warehouse club chain called Sam’s Club, who will be offering Apple’s iPhone 6 (16 GB model) for an on-contract price of $99. In addition, the retailer will also be selling higher capacity models of the iPhone 6 at reduced on-contract prices, with the 64 GB and 128 GB selling for as low as $199 and $299, respectively.
The contract period will run for two years and the offer will commence on November the 15th. The information was exhumed by a leaked flyer poster at GottaDeal.com, which also stated that each of Sam’s Club retailer outlets will have between 40 and 50 iPhone 6 units stocked up for the holiday season. Apart from the slashed prices of each capacity model of the iPhone 6, the leaked flyer also mentioned that Sam’s Club will be offering a $100 discount on Apple’s previous flagship tablet, the iPad Air. Other retailers have also followed the same suit as far as the slate discount is concerned. The offer will remain valid till the 31st of December.
While Sam’s Club is getting ready to offer its discounts for Black Friday, other retailers will also gunning in to rake in as much profit as possible through their own unique promotions.
